This training event, organized by the Research Center of Plant Metabolomics at the University of Johannesburg, will cover essential topics in metabolomics such as:
Experimental design;
Sample preparation;
Data acquisition;
Data processing and analysis;
MS/MS data exploration and annotation;
Pathway analysis;
Result interpretation.
The workshop is suitable for MSc and PhD students, postdoctoral researchers and even senior scientists.
There is no charge for this course, which is run as a part of the training activities of project CropPrime.
